Judges

Michael Chan has both Clinical Medicine & Computing degrees, and working in Macao ICT industry since 1992. He is in management position for 20 years in telecommunication and gaming enterprises. With such professional experience, Michael is now the Director General of Macao Computer Society which is the biggest ICT NGO of Macao with more than 36 years history. Michael is also the Executive Member of Asia Pacific ICT Alliances since 2010, and judging the Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA) at the same moment. He also be invited as advisor of local university, incubation center etc.
